Donation List & Disbursement Information

We are thankful to the following individuals and organizations who contributed to the relief funds for helping victims in Burma and Sichuan, the first donor was none other than H.E. Khamtrul Rinpoche Jigme Pema Nyinjadh who kick-started the donation drive with HK$500. Thank you, Rinpoche, for your encouragement and support!

On 22nd May 2008, H.E. Thuksey Rinpoche joined his peer H.E. Khamtrul Rinpoche Jigme Pema Nyinjadh in a show of support to the victims in Burma and Sichuan. Rinpoche too donated HK$500 for this fundraising campaign. Many thanks to you, Rinpoche, for your support!

Besides the fundraising organized spontaneously by the nuns at Druk Gawa Khilwa Nunnery in Kathmandu who gave a donation of Nepali Rupees 11,966 (or HK$1,359), the monks at Druk Thupten Sangag Choeling Monastery in Darjeeling too raised Indian Rupees 22,500 (or HK$4,617) to help the victims in Burma and Sichuan.
